Update: Canada Post Service Disruption

October 24, 2018

Canada Post workers began rotating strikes on October 22, 2018. Here’s what you need to know.

We’re committed to minimizing the impact of a postal disruption on our members as much as possible. We’ll courier critical correspondence such as pension payments to those members who don’t receive their payments by direct deposit. If you still receive your pension payment by cheque, please call us so we can set you up for direct deposit.

All non-critical correspondence such as new member letters will continue to be processed by our mailroom. We’ll store them in a secure location until the strike ends and normal postal service resumes.

You can reach us by phone or email if you have any questions about how a Canada Post service disruption may affect your correspondence with us. And remember, you can sign in to your online account anytime, anywhere to review and upload documents.
