Gillian Brown
Gillian Brown leads the Capital Markets group, which manages Total Fund exposure to the equity, fixed income, credit, inflation-sensitive and absolute return asset classes. The Capital Markets team supports all of Ontario Teachers' investment groups and is responsible for executing on a centralized trade strategy that allows the Fund to focus on the needs of today's more sophisticated trading environment and its increasing regulatory complexity.

Dale Burgess
Dale Burgess leads the Infrastructure and Natural Resources department and is responsible for overseeing infrastructure acquisitions and asset management globally. He was previously head of the Infrastructure & Natural Resources team for Latin America where he oversaw portfolio companies as well as business development and origination in target countries across the LATAM region.

Ben leads investment activities in the Asia-Pacific region for Ontario Teachers'. He has almost three decades of international experience in public and private equities, investment banking and accounting.

Jonathan Hausman
Jonathan Hausman leads the Global Investment Strategy department, which helps us develop conviction on strategic responses to emerging global themes, and develops and cultivates crucial investment relationships for the Fund worldwide. He is a member of the Investments Executive Team and the Global Investment Committee. Jonathan was previously head of Alternative Investments and Global Tactical Asset Allocation, where he was responsible for the Fund's global hedge fund portfolio, as well as its internal global macro and systematic trading strategies.

Ziad Hindo
Ziad leads all aspects of Ontario Teachers' investment activities with oversight of the overall Investment Division. He is responsible for the global portfolio and strategy for all aspects Ontario Teachers' investment activities, including the real estate portfolio managed by wholly-owned subsidiary Cadillac Fairview, and its international offices in London and Hong Kong.

Romeo Leemrijse leads Ontario Teachers' investing activities in the diversified industrial and business services, consumer and retail as well as the energy sectors. He joined Private Capital in 2006 and has more than 25 years of private equity and investment banking experience.

Stephen McLennan
Stephen McLennan leads the Total Fund Management department, which integrates Ontario Teachers' portfolio construction approach with our treasury and funding capabilities. He was previously responsible for managing Ontario Teachers' allocation to Natural Resources, including direct private assets such as timberland, oil and gas and mining and agriculture.

Jane Rowe
Jane Rowe is the Vice Chair, Investments at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board. Ms. Rowe joined Ontario Teachers’ as head of private equity in 2010. Her mandate was subsequently expanded to include high conviction equities, public or near-public company investments intended to generate superior financial returns. Under her leadership, net assets managed by the Equities team have grown from $11 billion to $40 billion. Ms. Rowe sits on Ontario Teachers’ Investments and Risk committees. She also serves as a director on boards associated with several of Ontario Teachers’ portfolio companies, including Cadillac Fairview, a wholly owned real estate subsidiary, and Camelot Group PLC, the operator of the U.K. National Lottery. Outside of Ontario Teachers’, Ms. Rowe is a director for TD Bank Group and Enbridge Inc. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', she held senior roles at Scotiabank, Scotia Merchant Capital Corporation, the bank's Canadian private equity fund, was President and CEO of RoyNat Capital Inc., Scotiabank's wholly owned mid-market merchant bank, and was President and CEO of Scotia Mortgage Corporation. Ms. Rowe received a B.Comm (Honours) from Memorial University, an MBA from York University's Schulich School of Business, and an ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors. She previously served on the Board of Governors at York University, and currently serves as a trustee for the United Way of Greater Toronto.

Olivia Steedman is Executive Managing Director and Global Head of Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG). Olivia joined Ontario Teachers' in 2002 as a founding member of the Infrastructure and Natural Resources group, where she served in various senior roles before standing up TVG in 2019.

John Sullivan brings more than 30 years of real estate experience in acquisitions and dispositions, asset management and development. Prior to becoming CEO, John held the position of Executive Vice President, Development, at Cadillac Fairview.

Danilo Simonelli
Danilo Simonelli is responsible for Ontario Teachers' Capital Markets External Managers program. His team manages the global allocation to liquid external managers across multiple strategies and asset classes. Danilo joined Ontario Teachers' in 2005, and has held several key roles within the Capital Markets team, including various positions within the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities group. Previously, he worked at JPMorgan in its London office as a member of the debt capital markets origination group. He is a member of the advisory board of the Masters in Financial Economics program at the University of Toronto and a former board member of Cordiant Capital.
