Victor is Principal in Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), based in San Francisco. He joined OTPP in 2022 and focuses on direct investing in North America. Prior to joining OTPP, Victor was a Senior Associate at Parthenon Capital, where he was responsible for sourcing and executing investment opportunities in the technology and tech-enabled services sectors. Victor started his career as an Investment Banking Analyst at Jefferies, where he was involved in executing M&A transactions and debt and equity offerings for clients within the technology sector. He graduated from Duke University, where he earned a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Psychology.
