Vera Schulz is an Investment Associate in Teachers' Venture Growth (TVG), based in London. She joined TVG in 2023 and plays a key role in executing TVG’s direct investment strategy in EMEA. Prior to joining TVG, Vera was an Investment Banking Associate at Morgan Stanley in London covering the Technology sector, where she was involved in various M&A and private placement transactions. Vera also spent some time in the Barclays’ ECM team where she was involved in various IPOs as well as primary and secondary follow-on offerings for corporates in the Northern European region (DACH, Netherlands, Scandinavia). Vera holds a Double Degree of the MSc in Management from the University of Mannheim and ESSEC Business School.
