Maria Morsillo is the Global Head of Value Creation & Analytics (VCA) within Ontario Teachers' Infrastructure & Natural Resources team. The VCA has a broad mandate to assist in value creation and portfolio construction activities across the Infrastructure & Natural Resources portfolio. Maria currently sits on the board of Cubico Sustainable Investments and is an observer on the Cadillac Fairview board. She has previously held numerous board positions such as at Koole Terminals, Birmingham Airport, GCT Global Container Terminals, Saesa and Express Pipeline. Before joining Ontario Teachers' in 2006, Maria was a member of the M&A team at Canadian National Railway and worked at CH2M Hill, a large environmental engineering consulting firm.

Maria earned a B.Sc. (Honours, Chemical Physics) from the University of Toronto and an MBA from Queen's University. She has an ICD.D certification from the Institute of Corporate Directors.
