As part of OTPP's continued focus on exceptional service, we have commissioned Concentrix, an independent market research firm, to conduct a member satisfaction survey on our behalf. The information gathered from this survey will help us to understand your needs and exceed your expectations. As a respondent, you're helping shape the future of how we serve you. Your feedback and opinions are important and we appreciate your participation.

All information collected as a result of your participation is strictly confidential and protected. Your answers will only be reported in aggregate with the responses of all other members participating in this research. You will not be asked to provide any information about your Teachers' account.

If you are having difficulty completing the survey, here are answers to some technical questions that should help.

Q: I can access the survey but none of the pages are being displayed. What is causing this problem?

A: There may be a couple issues at the root of this.

  • Depending on your connection speed, you may need to wait a few more seconds for the page to load.
  • Some browsers may not be compatible with the survey software. If you have another browser on your computer, please try using that browser to see if it makes a difference. Similarly, if you're having trouble connecting with a mobile device, you can try accessing the survey from a desktop computer.
  • You can also refresh the landing page of the survey but do not refresh or use any browser buttons once you have started the survey. (If you refresh any page other than the first page, you'll reset the survey and have to start over again.)

Q: Who takes care of any outstanding issues I still have?

A: Your opinions and feedback as a member of the pension plan are very important. If you have submitted an inquiry through the survey, a representative from Member Services will contact you directly.

Q: On every new screen, I get a message that reads "You are about to view this page via a secure connection." Why is this being displayed?

A: This is due to your web browser or internet connection settings, not the survey itself. You can ignore the message as it has no impact on your ability to complete the survey. You can submit your answers by simply following the instructions provided.

Q: I received an error message when I ended my survey. What should I do?

A: Usually this is due to a very lengthy survey completion time, which occurs when you step away from the survey for some period of time. Despite this error message, your answers should have been received so there is no reason for concern.
