Stacey Purcell heads the Latin America Infrastructure team with responsibility for identifying, executing and managing infrastructure investments.  Stacey joined INR in 2005 and has been involved in a number of transactions including the acquisitions of Essbio, Nuevosur, Esval, Saesa and Intergen’s former portfolio of Mexican generation assets. Stacey currently serves on the boards of Essbio, Esval, Saesa, and AndesCan and previously was a director for Bristol Airport. Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', she worked in energy transport and utilities as part of the corporate development team at Enbridge Inc. and as an analyst with Enbridge Gas Distribution.

Stacey earned a Bachelor of Commerce from Dalhousie University and is a Chartered Business Valuator. She completed the OTPP Private Investment Board of Directors Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management and is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.

John Kaye

John Kaye

John Kaye is a member of the Latin America Infrastructure team and is a board member of our Chilean regulated water companies, Essbio and Esval, and our Mexican toll road investment, Arco Norte. John has a variety of transaction experience across the utility, transport and power sectors from his tenure at Ontario Teachers'. He joined the infrastructure team full-time in 2008 after completing an internship with Ontario Teachers' in the summer of 2007. He was previously an investment banking analyst at National Bank Financial.

John earned a BBA (Honours, Economics and Finance) and a B.Sc. (Computer Science) from Bishop's University, and an MBA from the Rotman School of Management. He is a CFA charterholder and has completed the OTPP Private Investments Board of Directors Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management.

James Hanson

James Hanson

James Hanson joined Ontario Teachers' in 2015. He previously worked in investment banking at Macquarie Capital Markets in Calgary, focusing on M&A and ECM in the upstream oil and gas space.  James is currently involved with Ontario Teachers' investment in GCT Global Container Terminals.

James earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.
