- Managing Director, Portfolio Management
Tamara Finch developed and leads Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management practice within Private Capital, which focuses on value creation planning, value lever acceleration, talent management, board effectiveness, and sharing of best practices across the direct investment portfolio.
Prior to leading the Portfolio Management team, Tamara spent six years in direct investing at Private Capital and three years in corporate credit at Scotiabank. Tamara currently works with several portfolio companies and sits on the board of Baybridge Seniors Housing Inc. and Exal Group.
Tamara earned a BA (Honours, Economics) from Queen's University and an MBA (Finance) from the University of Toronto. She is a CFA charterholder and holds the ICD.D designation.

Drew Levy joined Private Capital in 2011 as a member of the Portfolio Management team. He helps oversee the department's portfolio construction, analytics and monitoring / reporting efforts, in addition to working with portfolio companies to identify and execute against value creation opportunities.
He began working at Ontario Teachers' in 2009 and has broad exposure to the Fund's internal operations. Prior to joining the organization, Drew was a manager at Ernst & Young in the Financial Services Assurance practice.
A Chartered Accountant, Drew received a BBA (Honours) from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Finance degree from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

Gregg Meheriuk joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2015. He works closely with our portfolio company CEOs, boards of directors and our deal teams on developing value creation plans across our portfolio. Additionally, he has led revenue management and SG&A optimization projects both directly and leveraging outside partners to create value within our companies.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Gregg worked in strategy, pricing, due diligence and consumer segmentation for the consumer goods, retail, and private equity sectors of Bain & Company. Prior to that, Gregg worked in customer development and regional sales management at Coca-Cola.
Gregg earned a B.Sc. from Western University and an MBA from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management.

Stefano Santarelli joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2015. He looks after Private Capital's European portfolio performance, focusing on Value Creation Plans and programs, Talent and Governance. He also leads Digital and Analytics globally across Ontario Teachers' Private Capital and Infrastructure portfolio.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Stefano worked for 10 years at Bain & Company where he was a leader in the New York Private Equity practice leading due diligence engagements and developing strategic and performance improvement programs for several large corporations. Prior to that, Stefano worked at Procter & Gamble and Telecom Italia in their marketing department.
Stefano earned a Bachelor of Economics (Honours) at LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome.

Tricia Witty joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2016. She supports our portfolio companies in identifying and capturing value creation opportunities, particularly in the area of Operations.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Tricia was part of the Operations Practice at McKinsey & Company where she worked with leading organizations to improve their businesses by driving change in areas such as Procurement, Supply Chain and Manufacturing. Prior to that, Tricia spent 10 years with Celestica in various operations, strategy and account management roles.
Tricia earned her B.Sc. and M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering from Queen's University and an MBA from the Ivey School of Business at Western University.
Ying Cui joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2015. She is primarily responsible for private equity portfolio monitoring, capital allocation, and reporting; and more recently leading the effort to build and implement a technology solution to automate monitoring and reporting processes across the 60-company direct investing portfolio.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Ying had five years of management consulting experience at Deloitte, helping clients in various industries in North America and Europe develop and implement innovative cost-effective process and control solutions to remediate regulatory findings or improve operational efficiency. She also managed global strategic relations for IMCC, an international consulting firm based in China with a vision to connect cities to cities for sustainable urban development.
Ying earned a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto, and holds CFA, CPA and CA designations.
Nur Saral joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2016. She is focused on value creation plans and in supporting strategic initiatives across the Private Capital portfolio.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Nur worked in growth strategy, turnaround and due diligence engagements at Bain & Company, primarily focusing on consumer goods, retail and private equity sectors. Before that she worked as a consultant at Deloitte, and in product management at Pfizer, Inc.
Nur earned a B.Sc. (Bioengineering) from Sabanci University in Istanbul and a Master of Management from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Matt McClellan joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2017. He is focused on value creation plans and in supporting strategic initiatives across the Private Capital portfolio.
Prior to joining Ontario Teachers', Matt worked in strategy & operations, in the consumer goods, retail, and healthcare practices at A.T. Kearney. Before that, Matt worked as a consultant at Altus Group in the commercial real estate valuations practice, focusing primarily on national retail portfolios.
Matt earned a B.Comm from the University of Guelph, an LLB from the University of Leicester, and an MBA from the University of Toronto.

Summer Zhang joined Ontario Teachers' Portfolio Management team in 2017. She is primarily responsible for portfolio analytics and helping to execute value creation opportunities.
Summer previously worked in the Financial and Management Reporting group at Ontario Teachers' and has completed two co-op terms with the Portfolio Management team.
Summer received a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Master of Accounting from the University of Waterloo.
