At Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan [Board] (“Ontario Teachers’”, “we,” “us” or “our”), we're interested in what you have to say to us on YouTube.

By interacting with us on YouTube, you agree to these External Terms of Use, our Social Media Terms of Use, which applies to all Ontario Teachers’ social media websites, pages or accounts (“sites”), and to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as set out in our Privacy Notices.

We encourage users and subscribers to share thoughts and opinions on the Ontario Teachers’ YouTube Channel page; however, we expect that this will be done in a respectful manner. Ontario Teachers’ generally monitors its YouTube Channel during regular business hours. We understand that social media is a 24/7 medium; however, our moderation capabilities are not. We may not see every inappropriate comment right away (if at all), and we are trusting in the maturity of our community to avoid and ignore personal attacks and negative speech, and to participate politely and constructively.

Our goal is to share ideas and information with as many individuals as possible. However, the views of participants commenting on our YouTube Channel page do not necessarily represent the views of Ontario Teachers’. We will not “friend” or “like” public users proactively. Being followed by Ontario Teachers’ does not imply endorsement of any kind.
