Ying Soong focuses on private equity investments in the Financial Services sector. She currently serves on the boards of Broadstreet Partners, Canada Guaranty, Constellation Insurance, and Lendmark Financial Services.

Prior to this, Ying was a founding partner of La Tourelle Capital, where she worked on early-stage equity investments and achieved multiple successful exits. Earlier in her career, she was a founding member of AIG Energy, a principal investing and commodity trading platform. Ying began her career in energy investment banking at J.P. Morgan.

Ying holds a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Computer Science and Economics from Wellesley College.
