Susan McFadden joined Ontario Teachers' in 2019 and is a member of the Portfolio Solutions team.

She previously worked for Rogers Communications in a variety of different strategy roles that covered projects in the Consumer, Enterprise and Media businesses and that encompassed a wide breadth of topics from growth strategy to business line optimization and integration. Her latest role at Rogers was as Senior Director, Strategy & Planning where she led long-term strategy development, annual planning and capital governance for their B2B business unit.

Susan holds a B.Comm in Finance from Mount Allison University and an MBA from the University of Toronto.
