Millan Mulraine joined Ontario Teachers' in 2016 and leads the economics team, responsible for designing and conducting macro-oriented research to inform the Fund's investment decisions.

He previously worked for TD Securities in New York for almost to 10 years, where he was Deputy Chief Economist and responsible for directing U.S. economic research and rates strategy. 

Millan holds an undergraduate degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica, a Masters in Economics from the University of Warwick in England and a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Toronto.
