Francoise Brougher is a senior executive and board director with decades of experience in technology, engineering, finance, operations, and sales.

Throughout her career, Francoise has specialized in strategic and operational roles, helping scale organizations from dozens of employees to thousands and creating marketing, sales, and service models for new innovative technologies. She currently serves on the board of Sodexo, a French multinational food services and facilities management company operating in over 70 countries.

Francoise most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at Pinterest. She grew revenue from $500 million to $1.1 billion, increased the advertiser base from 10,000 to 80,000, expanded operations to 20 countries, and helped take the company public.

Before joining Pinterest in 2018, Francoise was the Global Business Lead at Square. In this role, she built and ran go-to-market functions, including sales, marketing, account management, business intelligence, customer success, and business development, and assisted with Square’s IPO.

Francoise lives in Silicon Valley with her husband and three children.
