Dale Burgess leads the Equities department, where he oversees the fund’s global private equity portfolio. He was previously the head of the Infrastructure and Natural Resources department, where he was responsible for overseeing infrastructure acquisitions and asset management globally. Before that he was the head of the Infrastructure & Natural Resources team for Latin America where he oversaw portfolio companies as well as business development and origination in target countries across the LATAM region.

Dale joined Ontario Teachers' in 1996 and has deep experience investing in private assets. He currently serves on the boards of AndesCan, Ontario Airports Investments Ltd., and Heritage Royalty. Dale holds a BA (Accounting) from the University of Waterloo. He is a Chartered Accountant, a CFA charterholder and a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors.
