Update about links in some emails you received from Ontario Teachers’ before January 21, 2026

Recently, the third-party service provider we use to send member emails made a systems update that affected links in emails sent to you before January 21, 2026. As a result, links in older emails may no longer work as expected.
Which emails are affected
This change affects links in emails you received from us before January 21, 2026.
If you saved an older email to reference later, the links in that email may now:
- stop working when you click them
- take you to an error page instead of the page you may expect
What you can do now
If you’re referencing an older email, you can still access the information you need:
- Visit your Member Help Centre to find popular links to our most used tools and resources
- Sign in to your Ontario Teachers’ account to view your personal information and documents, including statements
- Use the search bar on our website to look for the topic in your email
