Can’t attend in-person or virtually? We still want to hear from you. Submit your questions in advance.

We will highlight the plan’s funding status, member services and our investment performance. Our executives will also answer your questions during the Q&A:

  • Doors open at 4:00 p.m.
  • Annual Meeting commences at 5:00 p.m. 
  • Livestream and Q&A end at 6:30 p.m.

Participation Guidelines

To ensure a respectful and informative meeting, we ask everyone to adhere to the following:

Check-in guidelines 

For the comfort of all guests, only small purses and bags will be permitted. Please do not bring large items. You will be asked to check backpacks, laptop bags and other large items. Bag check will be available free of charge.

Refrain from filming

This is a private meeting for our members only. Filming in the auditorium is not permitted. Materials including a recording of presentations will be provided after the meeting.

Expectations for respectful conduct

We expect and will provide a respectful tone of discussion. Name calling, shouting and other disruptive behaviours will not be tolerated.

For the Q&A portion of the meeting:

We will take questions from online and in-person attendees to give all members the opportunity to ask a question live.

  • Kindly introduce yourself 
    Kindly introduce yourself by name and note if you're a working or retired teacher before asking a question.
  • One question at a time, at 60 seconds or less 
    To help us maximize the areas of interest we address, please raise one question at a time and keep your question to 60 seconds or less. When your question has been answered, please return to the back of the line if you have another question.
  • Avoid repetition 
    To ensure a wide range of topics are covered, please avoid questions previously asked by other members. Repeated questions may not be answered a second time.
  • Refrain from questions about personal benefits 
    To protect your privacy, we will not answer questions about your personal benefits. You may talk to a Complex Care team member at the AM Members' Lounge or visit our Member Help Centre.
