David leads the Value Creation practice for technology companies in Ontario Teachers’ Equities business. David is a career technology/SaaS executive, having led divisions at Google in North America and Asia for over 10 years, as well as operational and board roles in the Canadian startup space. Prior to Google, David was VP & GM at Workopolis – one of North America's largest online recruitment properties – holding various positions in strategy, international business development, go-to-market, product management and corporate development/M&A. David also served as a management consultant at Monitor Group, advising Fortune 100 companies in areas of strategy, operations, GTM and innovation. His work at Monitor spanned 10 industries and 3 continents.

David holds MBA and HBA degrees from the Ivey Business School at the University of Western Ontario, and executive certifications from Harvard Business School and MIT.
