Amy Covey is a proven media executive and global sales leader with over 20 years of experience building and leading teams across high-growth tech companies, including Amazon, Wayfair, and Yahoo!. With deep expertise in go-to-market strategies and operational excellence, Amy is renowned for her ability to drive significant revenue growth and scale organizations both domestically and internationally.

One of Amy’s notable career milestones includes her role on the executive leadership team at Amazon Advertising, where she played a crucial role in growing the Global Emerging Accounts division from under $100M to over $1.5B in revenue and expanding the team to over 600 employees within just five years. Her leadership was pivotal in establishing processes, scaling operations, developing talent, and driving the adoption of a customer-focused sales model that transformed the division’s impact.

As the Chief Revenue Officer of Advertising at Wayfair, Amy was instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive go-to-market strategies and building a high-performing advertising sales organization.
