Employer Handbook
The Employer Handbook provides general reference information as well as detailed reporting instructions (enrolling members, deducting contributions and verifying service credit and salary).

The current version of Sections 1 to 13, and section 18 are available in pdf format below. They are updated as changes to reporting procedures are made (the last update is noted next to each section). Just click the section you wish to view.

 

Copies of recent bulletins (section 14) and newsletters (section 15) are available on the website.

 

Forms (section 17) have been replaced by online reporting through the secure employer website.
