The Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan Board ("Teachers'") collects the personal information that you submit for the purpose of considering you as a candidate for present or future employment, and for inclusion in your employment records if you become an employee. Teachers' may retain any part or all of your personal information (in accordance with Teachers' internal policy regarding retention) in the event that you do not take up employment with Teachers' and use it for statistical purposes and to enable Teachers' to take it into account if you apply again or to contact you if a suitable vacancy arises in the future.
