The 2013 update to Teachers' Corporate Governance Principles and Proxy Voting Guidelines is available here .
The latest version of the guide provides a more clearly articulated set of principles that should underpin an effective corporate governance system in any company. Assessing a board against adherence to these principles will guide our proxy voting decisions. Specific guidelines for the election of directors, management and director compensation, and shareholder proposals have been revised for 2013.
