Pursuing opportunities. Developing professionals.

Ontario Teachers' strategies depend upon our capacity to support world-class investment teams and develop first-rank pension investment talent. We seek out the best people and then provide them with the resources, training and opportunities they need to build outstanding careers.

By developing our talent, Ontario Teachers' has been able to create a process for identifying opportunities, building partnerships and generating dependable long-term investment returns.

Ontario Teachers' is a team of teams. We focus our investing and talent development activities by operating in teams built around specific asset groups or investment discipline. However, to successfully manage risk and opportunity on a total fund basis, we act collaboratively, as one team, through integrated technology systems, through management committees and by fostering a culture of risk awareness and accountability.
