Unlike most other pension funds, we are direct investors who source and execute investments in companies on our own. Our flexibility also allows us to invest alongside management teams or other financial investors as joint or minority partners.

We are looking for companies with:

• significant financial commitment by management
• value-added products and/or services
• market leadership and sustainable competitive advantage
• attractive and growing niche markets
• stable or growing operating cash flows

As a direct investor, we provide the financial and strategic support to help good companies become great. We back management’s plans and make their business goals our priority.

We focus on leveraged buyouts, including privatizations, but have the flexibility to also pursue balance sheet recapitalizations, private investments in public entities and growth capital investments.
