Sharon Sallows is a former partner at Ryegate Capital Corp., a Toronto-based company that provides merchant banking, financial and strategic advisory services. A former senior vice-president at the Bank of Montreal and executive vice-president at MICC Properties, Ms. Sallows has more than 30 years of business experience. She is a trustee of Riocan Real Estate Investment Trust, where she sits on the investment, nominating and corporate governance committees. She is chair of the board of Executive Risk Services, a private insurance company. Ms. Sallows also sits on the board of Chartwell Senior Ms. Sallows holds a PhD from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, an M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and a BA from Carleton University. She is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors. |
