Corporate performance
The Human Resources and Compensation Committee is responsible for assessing corporate performance against established benchmarks and objectives. View the committee’s terms of reference. Performance measures for rate of return, dollars value added, service quality, and expenses are reviewed every year. Other corporate level objectives change annually, based on the organization’s priorities. A corporate report card format has been developed to ensure that a consistent assessment of composite corporate performance is achieved each year.
